I hope to find all you shareholders well today. This company reminds me of a song, most of you remember this song from the 70's, "This is the end". Do most of you shareholders believe that Don Nicholson has a rabbit he can pull out of the hat? I think it's time to have a proxy vote, to determine if Don Nicholson should continue to be CEO of FLPC. As of now there are around 6,000 shareholders that own stock in this company. It's time to have a special meeting and make something happen, we are the shareholders. It's time for a special proxy vote.
