Ali's throwing around some humongous numbers lately.... (Billions of $$$'s). If Ali/Carter are not careful..... anything they say, could potentially be detrimental & effect the outcome of any legal issues/proceedings.

That being said, I can understand the necessity of the ongoing NDA & limited info. released to shareholders/public....
