Close but no cigar, Fiscal year ends 10/31.

So
Q1 = Nov/Dec/Jan
Q2 = Feb,Mar,Apr
Q3 = May,June,July
Q4 = Aug/Sep/Oct filing of 10-K, annual report

We are waiting for QUARTER 2 right now, for period ending 4/30.

We are in the middle of the THIRD quarter with one more quarter to go after this to fulfill any promises of things happening 'this year' (as in fiscal year).
