Dividends were not promised. It was a budget goal. Budgets goals is a plan for which variances occur and adjustments made. Perhaps funds anticipated for dividends were better used for additional mfg costs to increase invetory for product launch. Which imo would be better use of funds as that would increase revenue and subsequently pps.t
