But maybe not. It is so very obvious that CDEX is a dead entity that any argument re its status as a live thing is ludicrous. Whether the toenail letting it hang on by and continue to exist as a bad joke is financed by the LUBBOCK ANGELS or not.

CHAP 7 would be a liberating event... but would allow whatever fallout that comes next be perhaps more interesting.
