What proof have you shown that the shares have "gone into the treasury". Please point to the post or the public disclosure that documents your statement. The only thing I see is the number of issues shares and float increasing by 110,000,000 since the last Q was filed and $300k added the last Q.

If the company bought the stock as treasury stock, the number of outstanding shares would go down and not up.
