Jury is still out on Sapphire. But, I have a "feeling", maybe 70//30 sapphire will be in the 6.

Looking like the case will again be Aluminum. Plastic for the second tier? Who knows and who really cares anyway. As everyone may have noticed, the hot topic of conversation this morning has been about the sizes of the upcoming iPhone 6 screen. People want the option of getting a larger screen because that is what is important to them. Not a case. To this day, I am still yet to see anyone stare at the back cover of an iPhone. LoL

I say give the masses what they really want and already enjoy. An already awesome operating system inside a durable and intuitive device and obviously they now want a bigger screen. And build it affordable, even with a plastic case so everyone can enjoy them. More consumers means cheaper prices, more revenues and thus profit.

Other than the media, I honestly don't think the masses care what the phone is made out of. Sapphire will be nice. But, the casing is irrelevant. Plastic is just as good as aluminum.
