First of all the CD is not a fantasy or have all your posts on the subject just been delusional even for you?
Second, as the conversion takes place a great many conversion shares are in fact being accumulated and it would seem they're being accumulated until the fall of 2007.

And of course restricted shares also form part of the O/S, so what's puzzling about that?
