The only issue i see right now is how many of those shares are restricted. Thats the question i would be asking. They said there restricted but how many. All 7 billion added would be nice but it could be 6.5 billion. Also for how long are they restricted for. I know by 144b its one yr so i wonder what will happen in a yr when the restriction is off on those shares. Those have to be answered because i can see a R/S happening within a few yrs after they get everything they need to make a strong company.
