You are making this out as though it is a big deal.

It is not.

Public companies issue at-market options to management (and sometime other employees) very routinely as part of the overall compensation package.

You are simply trying to portray this as something scary and new when in fact it is neither.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
