I find the silence to be a sign of optimism. In the past it was mostly we're going to this or going to do that and the share price was almost always beat down. Under new management, it's my hope that they come out with we've DONE this and we've COMPLETED that. If that happens then we'll all regret not buying more at these levels. Right or wrong, it's just one man's opinion.
