I messaged Vortex: This is what he posted on Facebook as a response.

"Meeting with the owners of a new Stock symbol. (!!) Looks like Vortex will finally be able to merge with a legit public company. The San Francisco grow house project is ready to launch and we should be posting revenue this Quarter from the sale of both Bongs and Cannabis.
