By your own admission you do not know if the company is worthless it is not my opinion but the opinion of others. Any penny stock can go way or down. They are all speculative. I do believe we have a great board and have made inroads. Do I believe that we will merge because the type of money to sustain the business plan is not there. But let's look at potential. We clearly have that. I do believe we will do very well. But I also believe we will have to merge. That is the bottom line.
