Really ? Last time I checked most SEC sit around on their computers looking at explicit material which they did get busted for !!

And in my opinion the KMAG suspension was just another mistake among many that the Agents/Agencies have committed !!

#SEC,FINRA,EDGAR,do your job and release KMAG's form 10 !!
