It is my understanding that verbal arguments are only for fifteen minutes each. I'm expecting an answer shortly after the 8th of August. This hearing is not expected to run for weeks.
All parties involved have already been briefed two weeks ago on proceedings.
An appeal would only result if an error in judgement is raised and accepted.
The appeals court can send it for trial jury for the compensation amount to be determined. A settlement would then be most likely.
This is closer than you think....
