You do realize that 3 out of the 4 executives listed on those forms are no longer employed by IMDS? Addley resigned well over a year ago and submitted a rather scathing resignation letter. Grable and Schwart were forced to resign as a result of an SEC investigation and subsequent settlement.


Regardless, what is the purpose of posting outdated information?
