It is no wonder NeoMedia fired their auditors. Again.

The Company intends to file an amended Form 10-K and an amended Form 10-Q that will contain restated Financial Statements revised pursuant to the SEC’s comments.

Apparently, these statement "should no longer be relied upon."

On July 1, 2014, the Audit Committee (the "Audit Committee") of the Board of Directors of NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") approved the dismissal of StarkSchenkein, LLP ("Stark") as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm, effective immediately.

Maybe we also need a more engaged CFO?

The Company’s management has discussed with the Company’s independent auditor the matters disclosed in this 8-K.

Whom would that be?

We believe that our audit provides a reasonable basis for our opinion. /s/ StarkSchenkein, LLP
