This not a shell company. There is a lot to auditing this company, especially all the convertible debt, the agreements and the revenues. I would like to see a qualified PCAOB registered firm bid $30k to audit this company. In fact, i would like to see a qualified CPA firm bid $30k to get this company ready to audit. I am certain the numbers i gave as a WAG are closer to reality than your $30k "reasonable number". Why don't you ask the guys on this board what management said it would cost to get this company ready to be audited or what level CPA firm made the bids they quoted?
