your opinion and conjecture, T12 is for additional information, and with the situation does seem suspect, will never know NASDAQs real reasons, may have been pressure from SEC to get them to stop, screwed over many like myself

NEWL has played shareholders plain and simple, like myself, I lost, LOTS, but I think they will not go BK and not get sued and will get away with it and most likely turnaround over time
