True.. No concern for shareholders is why Penny stocks stay penny stocks.. No one has a problem investing in a company that has 0 revenues but great potential.. The problem with penny stock is 0 revs in penny stocks with little potential And the little potential they do have they lie and miss important deadlines as if their company doesn't need shareholders is what I don't like.
