Mike, i bet we see more questions like this being answered threw discovery.

"We would surmise it is because Treasury was calling the shots, and not FHFA,"

I also look forward to seeing what the banks dig up in their discovery.

Next few month are going to shed light( cold hard evidence ) on the intentional takings by the treasury, and the one sided dealings of the treasury with the FHFA.

Treasury will be exposed as the puppet master in this grand theft.

Just a matter of time ( and a few thousand documents ) !
