The ID2 was also plagued by a thing called H2O or moisture or condensation- call it what you want. That's most like why it was only tested in the dry, arrid climate of Arizona and failed miserbly when tested at that used car lot in Washington.

It also lacked the necessary specificity for meth which is the nature of fluorescent technology.
