Someone posted on RB I believe, that a large holder dumped 500K Fri. not sure couldn't verify, if so, it is a huge chunk out of the 2+M shrs traded and the stock whethered that storm well.

Long term I feel this should be fine $.30-.70+ 12-24 mos as they get more acquisitions.

The 10K got delayed Fri. and that sometimes causes weakness. Funny part is it is the 10Q which is going to have the Jan acquisition in it and projected to show the profit, not the report (10K) just delayed.
