Well it really only been just over 22 months regarding the ligation which is not along time.

What is crystal clear is Pfizer continues to use Ponezumab. This phase II makes it factual.

http://www.clinicaltrial.gov/ct2/show/NCT01821118?term=ponezumab&rank=5

Ponenzumab other diseases is the wording so it don't matter.

The milestone is owed and past due. They stated they stopped using it which is false.Intime ILNS precvails.

Will it get really dirty is the real question to ask?I sure signed nothing regarding confidentally nor anyone outside the company as far as I know.

This is going to be like open duck season.Well there are ducks in that pond.Pfizers its attorneys.

If during litigation, an attorney commits fraud and the judge relies on the attorney's lies, can the opposing party sue the attorney directly ...is the client legally liable to the opposing party for their attorney's fraudulent misrepresentations? \

If the opposing party sustained damages because of the fraud committed by the other attorney, then the opposing party can sue that attorney. If it can be proved that the client knew about the fraud, or should have known about the fraud, then the client can be sued also.

Just me thinking out loud!
