tr8dervic, the shares that you are talking about is own by Phil Verges and or family. I believe he had converted a loan from VTI that a company he and his family owned. Actually this is one of Charleoi's favorite topic where Phil had awarded himself 40 mil shares at .10 a share. True, it may convert or it may not. That would depend on Phil's integrity. If he really wants to have a successful company, He will not convert. If he wants his company to go down the toilet, he will convert. Phil has said multiple times that he will keep those shares and not convert them. He in fact wrote a letter to Telephonics and to the Shareholders about that 40 Mil. I cannot recall the date when that PR was released. We can always ask that question in the coming CC.
Per previous PR we are supposed to have a CC to discuss the recent filing where Phil and CFO will be on the call. This will be the second CC NMKT has put out. Not sure what and how it will be conducted. The 1st one was conducted by emailing IR (Rick Lutz) ahead with the questions. What the board did was compiled a list of questions and let one of the Moderators send the list of questions to Rick. There's no point sending all our questions individually to Rick since it will just bombard him and we may not get our individual questions answered. If it is on a list and state that it is coming from this board it may be answered. I believed when we compiled one last time most of the questions was answered.
Anyway, hope this CC would answer more questions about the direction the company/management has in store for us shareholders. With regards to R/S I hope they don't do it. I think they should straighten out all the company's mess first and then decide. They have alot of good things coming in the pipeline. We just have to wait and see.
I do for one thing would love to see Management buy back some stocks in the open market which they have mentioned in an earlier PR. This will be beneficial to us and the company. Doing this will just tell us (shareholders) that the officers do believe that the company they are trying to build is worth their time and their own money and strenghten the confidence in all of us that they are their for the long haul as well.
