Well if they are no longer the IR firm why would Turbine be responsive to them, they would be an outsider at that point not covered under any NDA agreement. It would be the same as if you emailed the company and did not get a response.

I take it as the merger was completed and Turbine took control of the shell and have hired their own firms to proceed. Why would they want anything to do with minananamararar longer than they had to to purchase the shell.
