So we agree that this second quater is gonna turn a substantial loss as well, because the percentages are always going to be negative the way the model is built.
Now, as is, the more we sell the more we loose, because the 2.5% remaining after factoring and trestles percentages are taken, wont be able to overcome the operational expenses that would increase with higher sales.
Why isnt this company already fighting that factoring company in court to get out of that horrible deal at 20%? And try to get better terms (at least 30%), for starters.
Now the other side of the coin with bringing account receivables in house. payments... They receive payments in installments from insurance companies and workers funds, and they spread those payments for 3, 6 months, even a year, so it will take some time to catch up and start turning profit in this model as well.
At the end I'm a holder and I see an extremely lucrative future, but it's gonna take immediate action from management if they want to turn profit by next year.
In the mean time any positive news could be a catalyst and see double or triple before the company turns profitable, we ll see
