Am watching another reverse merger and they tend to be very complex. Any thing in both companies histories regarding any debts, stock issuance, litigation, who will run the merged company, what do employees get, who has voting control, major entities in either company have to be made whole in the new entity mean there is a tremendous amount of back and forth. The dotting of is and crossing of ts can take weeks, especially when lawyers billing by the hour are involved.
