...NOL sale is part of CSSA......complications++++...............

...and the BK CT holds jurisdiction - - although the beagles have kept the CSSA out of the BK CT...............the IRS & co. are assisting with the NOL and the SEC/OCC & co. need the stock pooling conversion to comply with the MAGNA CARTA.........two GARGANTUAN projects..................all within the little-bitty UWBI BK...........................and the UWB CSSA...................VENABLE LLP might be running the table on this entire MONSTER..............might be...........rather ingenious solution to the WRONGFUL SEIZURE, imo......

...probably a done deal and very, very near CLOSURE.........all the FCNCA preferred stock issue requirements are met..............we simply need the IRS/SEC/OCC/FDIC stamps................this takes a few thousand billable hours...................still not a prob...........

...only question is whether the NOL proceeds blanket claimants 1-7....................and if BS/EMP's get their take pre stallion number eight....................$2.50 p/s or $7.14.......????....

...btw, my stock has been converted to FCNCA........so my world is 100% FCNCA.............as is frankie's...................
