Again, I am interested to see if Mgmt expenses any of the Tiger Woods signing into the Q as Mgmt has prepped investors to expect a large increase in expenses during the period. The Tiger factor was just one possible example of many a significant expense in the Q, so split hairs if you wish.

As for your hype about "catching shorts" by moving earnings ahead of expected release date, not buying. MSLP reported on May 5 last Q.....exactly the same delay as this Q.
