Straight from the March 13th press release by the company:

"The company will grant a 20% Stock Dividend to its shareholders on the effective date of March 24, 2006. The payout of the dividend will occur on March 31, 2006. All transactions between the two dates will have the dividend built in; therefore anyone buying or selling shares between these dates will be buying or selling the dividend as well."

Guess what I got my dividend in all three accounts yesterday.
Dont need to dust off old finance textbooks to see how the dividend was structured.
