I spoke to Mike late last week and he told me that state of colorado sos attorneys took longer than they thought to approve cause they were confused with filings and FNB submerged co. It was supposed to be approved around july 7th, but didn't get approved to- merger approved to july 16th and effective july 17th. they inturn forward to finra for system merger updated to reflect changes to fuzz N buzz brands inc. Bottom line is Finra got them about 7 days later than mike expected they would. so he said dont crucify him if finra updates are a couple days after july 31st.
