The BEAUTY of this stock.
Well there are many things that make Gzfx quite the attractive stock to own this year.
First I'd like to address the negative: The 25B A/S that will loom in the minds of finicky investors. Think people. We are heading into CC's across the country and soon (Not to even mention the AAFES which many feel will bring even more than CC). With that comes instant revenues. With every new subscriber comes less need for other sources of financing (dilution). When GZFX finally makes it into all 600+ stores and has had been in bed with AAFES for 4-5 months, I can almost assure you that our sub count will be close to or well on it's way to 6 digits. That is huge revenue that will be instantly put back into this growth company. The need for dilution should be coming to and end. BTW Anything under 7-8 Billion o/s is quite alright by me.
IMO The Smarter investors are starting to understand this and can see the big picture. Those that say: well GZFX...same old story...it's going to dip down to test sub penny levels after this little news spree is over....are in for a surprise imo. It's not the same old story because of the recent developments. It is obvious to me that confidence in this little company of ours is growing in a big way. With the CC news,GnF Entertainment (which we should know more about soon) and the AAFES deal this company has and will gain more and more shareholders that are actually investing in the company and not momo. Some of them might swing trade the stock... but that price in which they will buy back in has gotten and will continue to be higher and higher as we discover new developments and progress in making GnF a legitimate top competitor in this game.
This business is alll about getting and retaining subscribers. With CC and AAFES and whatever else JF can nail down we will IN FACT have a large and growing number in time. With large sub count comes Huge Word of Mouth effect. I still stand by the fact that Word of mouth is the best marketing tool any company could hope for. Not that the CC news, website, aafes hasn't already caused an upswing in investor confidence, but when SUB COUNTS start rolling in late this year...even current naysayers will understand what this will do to stabilize the growing PPS.
NOW...the real reason i even started this post. THE BEAUTY of this stock:
I'll start with a personal experience:
I have had two friends come to me and tell me that they bought stock in Sirius Sat. Radio. In my opinion Siri is quite overvalued, so i said something like : REally?? Did you check to see how much money they made or lost last year (knowing siri is not yet turning a profit) They answer No. I asked them well why did they invest in the stock? The answer i got from both of them is basically that they use and enjoy the product and the share price was Much lower than that of XMSR. Sounds familiar eh?
Reading the above should show you what kind of potential there is for our investor base we are eventually looking at down the road. Remember there are many people that "invest" in the stock market that don't know what o/s or a/s even is. As we roll into 600 CC stores across the nation and AAFES (as we start to become a household name) There will be MANY people wanting in this smaller company that's "just like nflx except it offers games and movies and is even less costly". And GET THIS...it only sells for a few pennies a share!!! As our subscriber base grows rapidly in the coming years as will our investor base. Again...the word of mouth effect will occur. If you are a young person 20-30 who just bought stock in the only public competitor of NFLX (besides BBI which just isn't going to make it in mine and many others opinion) You are going to tell your friends about it. People are always interested in ways they might can make an extra buck. Money runs the world. If there's remote even a chance that they might be getting in near the ground floor of something big...that draws mucho attention.
This style of investing will have a huge positive effect on our PPS later this year imo. I on the other hand am investing in the amount of subs and revenue i feel will be produced and retained over the next 2-3 years. This is the start my friends. Personally, I can't wait to take a look at this chart in 1-2 years time.
