Passed investors are more impressed with what the CEO has done. Maybe the they are a little miffed a with the continuous reverse splits, 3 is pretty thick.

Possibly the lack of 8k's for touted deals and not seeing a penny for said deals has them a bit erked.


The CEO has brought all the love on himself.

Personal attacks??? More like the CEO doesn't GAF about his shareholders and can't quite fathom the backlash, or maybe he does but only cares about himself.

PNCH downgraded to pink sheets by the sec to help protect investors from corrupt tickers.
