I think that if there is an MCIG selloff, it will happen between the time of the SEC effective statement and when VCIG opens on the OTC market. This could be about a month or more while we wait to get our shares. Once VCIG starts trading, every two cents that the shares go up should translate to about a penny increase in MCIG's value. JMO
