My comments about e.Digital have been about the company, its abysmal financial situation, use of dilutive toxic financing, its history of promises turned into failures, management that intentionally misleads shareholders, etc. All of that is correct.

These temporary increases in share price don't impress me at all. In fact, I used one 3 years ago to get out of EDIG a little better than break even.
