There is a video from CNBC that discusses the FDA Fast Track program-every drug given Fast Track designation that came up for review in 2013 was approved (there were I believe 37 of them)-GALT is going to get an approval at some point in the future, it's just a matter of how broad a range of fibrosis it will be approved for.
