If he did in fact sell that many shares in one swift move, it was a horrible decision, since it greatly impacted the PPS (it dropped over 17% from our EOD PPS). There must be a reason that we don't know yet, but it seems like he could have dumped 50K shares several times a day for the next few days and made out better than making one big dump. I have to believe this was calculated and will only be a minor bump in the road.
