Ummm they havent registered a single share, can you show me a registration? They have filed no Form D's, can you show me one anywhere? Can it be shown in Delaware Law that an exemption is in fact available fore the type of debt conversions they have done? I know this asking for a lot since we have yet to get that Tax Code that relieves one from paying Capital Gains on a bankrupt stock... Well and of course the plethora of other documents that have been repeatedly asked for.... seems to be a deficiency here..
