I'm not too happy about further dilution after taking a beating. However I read the SEC regulations regarding S-8 filings and nothing prohibits registering it before news. Which is crazy to me, but seems like the logical thing to do after shareholder approval and before news. They would get how many times the shares now than after a run. Knowing what we know for sure though I don't like this and it will take faith hoping something is coming.
