GNCP - Thanks again for confirming that naked short sold shares lack delivers, locates, and/or borrows, so there is no debt that is accumulating interest.

News flash...GNCP is NOT and exchange traded stock which is what that "delisting" refers to. But if you also read what you posted once the position is cleared and the gain realized.... It is taxed.

So much for that argument.

But until that happens...the trader is paying interest as your posted quotes state.

Thanks for confirming what I said!

I would like to say "News Flash"...but there is nothing new to report. Everyone is aware of how a chronic naked short position, hidden in ex-clearing is treated. Since many of those naked short sold positions are illegal, not only are they not being reported to the regulators for dissemination to the public, they are NOT being reported to the IRS. Paying taxes on illegally and ill-gotten gains?

That would be the equivalent of robbing a bank and not reporting it to the FBI/police, but deciding to report the money stolen as income on ones taxes.

Thanks again with regard to GNCP!

The information is very helpful!

Cash flows coming!

Good Luck!
