= $1.5 million (base amount)


- $200K for the container (call it $250K to account for duty and shipping)

- $900K for salaries / 2 because only half year = $450K
- $75K building expenses + warehouse lease fees - 7 months(pulled #out of ass)
- $75K travel to Armenia distillery, Brazil etc + business sales pitches, office, misc

Still leaves $550,000 unaccounted for. And thats only just the diluted shares (100M). I don't know how much commercials cost, but there is still another 476Mil shares of share funds to use for commercials. Not couting any revenue. Taxes are already baked into the product cost and inflated salaries for a few FTE.
