IMO, you cannot disclose such a statement and not deliver unless you were intentionally misleading the investment community. I have not heard nor seen any official retraction of such and it has been more than 4 months. I mean this was said by the CEO of the company live on a quarterly conference call and no disclaimers were used such as might, could, possibly, maybe, etc.!!

Sadly SK also said publicly that he hope to have a commercial product by mid 2012.

SK also said we have a China subsidiary.

SK also said publicly he would hope to have a partner before phase III protocols for both Cotara and Bavi.

Sadly history has showed SK's words are meaningless. All imo.
