Info that appears at scottrade about this company is from a 3rd party. It also fits description of company associated with BUNM ticker prior to about 2005. (EV environmental).

Perhaps MMJ rumors are reviving here at the moment...?

This shell is 'clean' in respect to no real history for years. Perhaps someone is going to do something tangible with it--eventually.

I do believe with the emergence of MMJ industry that this ticker is at minimum going to be used as a group play from time to time.
