The word is NNVC is going to buy Diwan's lab (most of which was built on sale of NNVC stock selling on open market lowering NNVC's value by 50%).

You think Diwan will take NNVC stock back? If so, restricted?
Whatever they use for the sale, you think the market would perceive NNVC buying a lab as positive news?
Isn't NNVC just supposed to have a license on certain cides from Diwan ? If, you think that's a good idea, then don't you think it would be prudent for NNVC to do the lab deal after completion of Tox and verification of results ?
