Let me help you understand a few things:

1) No Preferred E shareholder would sell at .0001 - at least not a rational one. It would make no sense to sell at this price unless you had a minimum of 50,000 preferred shares. This would equate to an original investment of (50,000 x $2.50) = $125,000.

2) The 50,000 preferred shares would yield 5 billion common shares. This amount of common shares exceeds the authorized shares and the recent volume comes nowhere close to this amount. So if you did have preferred e series and you did exercise them it says two things: 1) you are a nickel and dime player and 2) you blew it by exercising at .0001.

3) Please understand, series E holders control the float plus a few billion more when they decide to exercise. The company in effect will be controlled by the series e preferred. To give up your golden eggs would be foolish.

4) Series E want a reverse split - the lower the price, the more likely that will be a reality.

I can explain more to you if you like - feel free to send me a private message with your number in the first line.

Take Care,
