Cerner plans to buy and bulldoze it Imo. They have no use for an old clapped out department store built in the early 1990's. The artist rendering of the proposed Cerner Campus shows every building and parking lot that currently exists will be scraped off and dumped in a landfill. If so, then the APT headquarters buildings are liabilities to Cerner.. something requiring money to dispose of. They only want the dirt.
