Let me make sure i understand what's going on here. The company decided not to sell 4 million shares @ $5.50 a pop? Instead, they're going to purchase more shares, adding on to the 4 million shares they already have?

If so, I guess that's a better decision because more company shares will cause a spike in "PPS" when another public offering becomes available.
