we get manipulated down when shorts want to cover some.... then they'll move it back up so they can short it again in advance of the next move down. it's like making a bank withdrawal twice a year. it's the easiest money on wall street for the past 10 years.

when it's time, and they'll know when it is, they won't short when it goes back to 2.50.
