Same BOD and management when the stock was priced at $3.28 and $5. Poor argument, corp.

Yes it is a poor argument as other than pro mgmt supporters $3.28 and $5 are nothing to write home about after a 10 year period. In fact $3.28 is just 8 cents above the $3.20 RS price over 5 years ago and $5 is just $1 pre split! For 10 years these guys have each collected approximately over 10 million dollars each in salaries, bonuses and options yet the stock is down over 75% in the 10 year period.
